Clean your door seals.
Condition door seals with Aerospace 303 and/or Gumi Pledge (spelling?).

Silicon in the spray can (water based) is also good for rubber window seals; however, have you noticed any indentation, cuts, etc.? One or more may need to be replaced if so.

Are the windows all the way up? I get whistling sometimes after I start the car up, and the windows don't fully return to the door channels.

Its intermittent, but I'm scared to see what the dealer will charge for the repair (its a 2013 and the CPO expired in May)

It's interesting to see that someone else is having this problem. After starting up, my passenger window remains slightly open. It was intermittent, but now it happens every time I start up.

Do you have a clear film on your side mirrors? If so that could create some noise you mention.
