Rear rotor damage?

For comparison, on my 991.1 C2S, i had all four rotors and front pads replaced with German OEM supplier parts and brake fluid flushed for $1250 at an independent Porsche only shop here in Orlando area. And i should also mention that I have more confidence in the tech at this shop than I've found at any of the Porsche dealer shops in different areas I've lived. .

You now have slotted rotors. That's a good thing.

What does one do should they have OEM ceramics? From what I’ve read in other posts, that gap is slightly smaller with ceramics and more apt to grab onto gravel bits and pieces, does it have the same effect on the rotors as it does with steel ones? This would be an extremely expensive replacement should one suffer the same sort of damage to their ceramic rotors.

Exact same condition on my car, in the same part of the rotor. Right rear wheel. This happened about a year ago. Made a grinding sound, then the pebble dislodged, leaving me that nice reminder. Service Adviser was unimpressed and no issues at all for one heck of an HPDE day a couple of months ago. It should wear away.
