Hey guys,

seems like the CarPlay in my car doesn't work anymore, works in my q5 so it's not the phone. Anyone else had a similar issue? is it the last iOS update???

bringing the car for oil change on friday, however I don't want them to fiddle with other things if possible

CarPlay would not work for me also two days ago after an iOS update in my 11pro. I tried a number of things to get it to work, the usual hard reset and reloading the phones profile , but I think it fixed itself after it went into sleep mode and I tried it again the next morning. Not entirely sure what corrected the issue , but I’m sure it’s ios related.

Same issue here. Worked fine yesterday with all current updates on an iPhone 11 Pro but wouldn't work this morning. Will check on ride home today and revert.

Took the car out this morning to go to the office... now it works. WTF

Exactly the same situation here. I did have to unlock the phone once to get it to work again (but I was not asking to re-authorize CarPlay on the PCM nor did I have to re-authorize CarPlay while locked on the iPhone side). Bizarre gremlins.
