I was at the Barber PTX this summer and the main model used were GTS in white/yellow/red. The issue of these cars out in the marketplace has been posted as a topic on the forum before.
PTX cars accumulate more mileage than the car we’re discussing. From what is known, these cars are auctioned off after their stint at the centers. They do get used hard.
I wouldn’t buy one but if someone is looking for a car to track, these may be worth a look.
To OP, if PPI checks out and the paint gauge checks out I don't see any reasons. Sometimes the dealers mark up too much and can't sell they end of selling it to auctions (as far as I understood). I don't think auction is a red flag by any means, just an outlet for dealerships to move the cars.
I love the Carrera T. I'll likely end up with one when the right spec hits the market. Because of that I do a search for new-to-market Ts every day. This one popped up in my search, and while not a car that meets my requirements, seemed like an AMAZING spec. And the price was too good to be true. Then I took a look at the Carfax and to me it is a huge red flag despite showing no accident history.
July 2018 the car is sold in Florida. Accessories installed. Looks like GT3 Touring lip and clear side markers.
May 2019 the car is serviced and only has 475 miles.
June 2019 the car shows up for sale at Mark Motors in Texas. OK. Maybe owner traded it in on a GT3 or the like.
July 2019 the car shows as being sold at auction. Ruh-roh. Red flag #1.
September 2019 the car shows as being sold at auction (again) to a dealer. Red flag #2.
Late September 2019 the car shows up at a Chevy dealership as being serviced at 600 miles. Red flag #3.
Early October 2019 the car shows up as being serviced at the same Chevy dealership with 1,000 miles. Red flag #4.
Mid October 2019 the car shows up at a different Chevy dealership as being serviced at 1,400 miles. Red flag #5.

In my opinion, the only thing strange is a Chevy dealership buying a Porsche from auction to sell it used; unless I’m reading that wrong. But if I’m not, then them servicing it isn’t really a red flag that there’s something wrong with the car. Although, if Porsche ****s up servicing these cars from time to time, I don’t want to know what a Chevy tech may potentially do
I doubt they actually do a service-more of a once over/check to make sure everything is in place/check fluids. Honestly if I was still in the market and didn't pick up my T 8 months ago, I would give this serious consideration (would fly out and put eyes on it or have a PPI done of course). The price is great for the spec!
This Carrera T would be a fair deal at $90-93K. If one is looking for GR, PCCB, LWB this is your car. Drama? The car has been passed around a bit, who cares, its more about opportunity!

A low-end Porsche at a Porsche dealership is no big deal and normal Porsche customers are fussy as hell. But, at a Chevy dealership it will attract a lot of attention from a different buyer group. It's just good PR. At the very least, it's a "door opener" for selling other cars. Plus it gives the dealerships GM something to drive for awhile that isn't a Chevy. At worst case, if they don't sell it, they can auction it again for nearly what they paid.

Some years ago, I saw a Lambo Spyder (forgot the model name) at a used car dealer that specializes in older sports and muscle cars... nothing terribly expensive. I would have never gone into a Lambo dealership just to "have a look", it's way out of my price range. But, at this dealership, I figured, why not? I won't bore you with the details of how they came to have this car for sale. But, I got to sit in it, ask all kinds of questions and the salesman was very friendly and more than willing to talk. I ended up buying an early Z06 Vette and I wasn't really in the market for a car.
