Default Disable keyless entry or hood opening?

Is it possible to disable the keyless hood opening when swiping your hand on the bumper? When detailing the car that is the most f'ing annoying thing in the world. I would rather disable it so I have to use the key or hood release from inside the vehicle.

No, just put your key several feet away somewhere and it will not open.

Simply remove the keyless fob and leave it in the car or behind it somewhere.

Tightly wrap key fob in aluminum foil.

It's a reasonable question to wonder about a fob/frunk disable - many of us first encountered this unexpected feature while spraying water from a hose.

What I would like to disable is the doors unlocking when the frunk is opened. This is a massively idiotic thing IMO. At the very least allow the user to decide if opening the frunk should unlock the doors.

But, I think if you leave the doors undisturbed (don't open), and then relatch the hood, the doors automatically relock after a small amount of time. Right?

@LexVan - I just tested this waiting about two minutes after re-latching the hood and the doors did not re-lock (and yes, I did not have the key with when I went to re-check).However, that would be a great feature.

Fair enough but imho I was glad to find the doors unlocked when I opened the frunk, tossed in my gym bag (with key in it) and subsequently closed the frunk on it. I was only able to open the frunk from inside the car and thought I was locked out.
