PPF Film has cutouts for washers and car has no washers - would you have it redone
So I had PPF film put on my new 2019 Carerra T. The installer ordered the bumper cut for a bumper withOUT washers since my care does not have headlight washers. The company sent him a cutout for one with washers. Once he had begun he realized. He finished the job. As its drying out it looks to be a pretty good install. He contacted the company and they will obvoiusly send out the correct one since it was their mistake. Would you have him redo the install since it has circular cutouts or just live with it?
Since it seems to be a pretty good result I am hesitant to make him pull it off and re-install, but he is willing to do it.

I would have it redone now. After the first couple of washes you will notice dirt and stuff getting caught (think badges) in those cut-outs. You could also have less UV protection and those two cut-outs I can imagine will stand out.

I've often re-done projects, owing to some minor imperfection, only to end up with a worse imperfection in the end.
I would assume the reason that you have cutouts for the washer squirters is because that's the only pre-cut piece the installers have. So, if forced to re-do it, the job will probably be a custom installation with multiple opportunities to make miss-cuts in the PPF.
Assuming the rest of the PPF installation is good, I lean toward not redoing it. If, however, there are some flaws here and there, then have the job redone.

Oops, I just re-read where the installer will get the correct piece and not have to make a custom cut piece. I'm still hesitant to recommend a re-do.

Since he's offering, I'd have him redo it and avoid the hassle of getting grit/wax in there. You should get what you contracted with him for - which was the full PPF without holes in unnecessary places.
