Look who got the last laugh...
Not sure this got noticed yet, almost old news. Remember this guy that wanted so much for his Endurance Racing Edition with manual? He got the last laugh by hanging in there. I own one of these but not a manual. Because of the stickers I got a $47k discount on a new car.

This one has $17k more in options than mine. I'll have to compare because mine is pretty loaded. I much prefer the 18 ways seats and it has them.

The auction results info appears to be more believable than what we saw previously, because the photos look right, and VinAnalytics does show it at https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0AB2A93HS123427/
I'm pretty sure the one I saw photos of a few months ago here had plain carbon fiber trim pieces - not the Endurance Racing Edition carbon fiber trim pieces.
I'm still wondering what the deal was, because this one's Sept 2016 production date was not when the batch of 235 were built in June 2016. It does have one different option, according to VinAnalytics.
According to VinAnalytics, it has the 90066 option code for MTS and the sticker price was $169,930. That is higher than the sticker price of the June 2016 batch of Endurance Racing Editions. This manual transmission 900066 option came at a premium of $17,565 premium over the PDK cars.
It does make you wonder who was so important that they got Porsche to build special one(s) 3 months after the original lot were built.
