Default Cpo question

I just purchased a 2013 991.1 CPO car . The dealer did the 30,000 mile service , even though it only had 21,000 miles . CPO cars have to the next service done . I was looking over the service manual . It say at 6 years or 60,000 miles change belt , a reservoir for suspension. Why did they not do the belt and stuff at the 6 years mark?

Not sure... Was it already CPO when the dealer took it in? Or is it now a new 2 year CPO that the dealer has added?

Show them the info and ask for documentation that it was done. If it wasn’t done, ask them to do it per Porsche CPO requirements.

I would even want the 4yr/40K to be done, which would include plugs, air filters, etc, etc if that was never done. Perhaps inquire what exactly has been done and hasn't been done to the car, and have them reimburse you for the cost to get whatever should have been done, performed at your local dealer. Get PCNA involved if you need to.

Was the belt changed at 4 yr service?? My dealer proactively asked if I wanted it done then since the *** was already going to be off the car, so I said yes.

I am about to have this conversation. I don't think this was ever done on the CPO car I bought a couple months back. They did the same thing as you, 40k service on a 29k mile car.

Happened to me. They had done a service but skipped the drive belt portion. I had to email back and forth with them about 15 times before the guy finally agreed to reimburse my dealer for the work. It’s ridiculous, but they try and cut corners even when they are not supposed to.

Conversation has been started with Porsche NA. They are basically trying to force me to deal with the selling dealer by myself.

I am touching base with my selling dealer to make sure it wasn't done and to see what they are willing to do at this point . Taking my car back to the selling dealer is not an option its 12 hours away.

Can you access the Porsche CPO 'guideline'? A 'guideline' does not sound mandatory, perhaps suggested.
