Default Odd Tire Wear?

I'm at 16,000 miles on my 2015 C2S. I replaced my rears the first time at 6500 miles which seemed really low. I had an alignment done when i replaced. Now at 16k i'm ready for new tires again. My passenger side rear is worn more on the outside of the tire. My driver front is nearly to the cord on the very inside but quite a bit of tread everywhere else. Does this seem like odd wear especially considering I had an alignment done? I plan on switching to the Michelin Sport 4S, should I get an alignment done?

Yes, you need an alignment. Who did the first one? What were you charged?? Be diligent with your tire pressures. Any track or autoX work???

You could get a great alignment, leave the shop, turn the corner, hit a pot hole, and knock it out of alignment.

Sounds like you have a toe in & out problem. Dont use a $99 dollar alignment shop, find a race shop or dealer to get your alignment. Per other tire wear thread, if you dont do canyon carving at 8-9/10ths, ask for 0.5 camber and zero toe.
Make sure you tell them not to stop until dead on with those numbers. May cost $300/400 but much better for tire wear and should be better on roads where you have ruts as car wont be as "darty"

Sounds like you're doing a lot of track time on a NASCAR oval.

Yes, definitely needs an alignment.

Thanks for the responses. My dealer did the first alignment, which helped me get another 3k out of rears this time. I'll have them do it again.
