Targa Glass Roof?
I saw this in the Marketplace and got thinking - what if there was one for the 991 Targa, would there be interest? I might like to have one for those days when I knew I would not be retracting the top, such as when it was really cold.

I looked into it a little and Saratoga Sunroof made them for a few Porsche models but they went out of business and Pilkington Automotive (https://www.glassonweb.com/news/pilk...che-roof-glass)now sells them albeit not for the 991. I emailed them to see what their thoughts are but I doubt they would be interested for such a small number of cars but we'll see.

Burning Brakes
I'm not sure that would work... if you look at your fabric roof there are marks on the inside and on the outside of where the roof touches or flexes when stored away. A solid roof would not allow for any of that.
PS: my bad, just realized you meant to have it only when your roof is already stored. dismiss this comment lol
