John took time out of his day to put together a short video for my .2 GTS buddy where English is not his first language, at the same time showing the team at Soul Performance and their great workshop.

Not only have I never seen another Merchant, Seller take such an initiative ever, for us folks where we take real-time understandable communications for granted. This gesture goes a long way to build confidence and demonstrates sincerity to win business simply because John cares.

John is awesome. This guy was calling my on my cell phone during my dyno runs, after I had their headers installed. Just a stand up bunch of guys, that love cars and people! Oh yeah, their products are top notch. Can’t go wrong.

I can not count the # of emails with the team at Soul that I have had, and my Indy installer, Pulse Racing Services in JAX FL and Jet-Hot Coatings both of whom are also working with them feel the same way. We all hope that the maintain their current level of service and high quality products for years to come!

I'll go ahead and also throw in my support. I am running their cats on my C4 GTS. I've put my car through it's paces at Circuit of the Americas a couple of times for very long stints. No sign of degradation from the extreme heat! They hold up very well.

+1. These guys are even great when you are not working directly with them but through other vendors.

im a pretty picky customer and has a million questions, but john still finds the patience for me somehow... Plus their sport cats are simply a must have for the .2 cars.
