I understand. I put it close to the higher door jamb pressures, but not exactly. I've tried low, high and medium pressures and the low pressures result in a very numb, vague steering feel, regardless of grip, in my experience.

Yes, although in previous discussions about higher tire pressures, there were some who were bothered by bumpiness in the roads and how that made it uncomfortable. This was the basis of my first comment. I think higher pressures result in crisper handling even if grip is slightly less. I can take my Jeep Wrangler on sand and I can decrease the pressure by 20 so it grips the sand, but that doesn't make it handle better.

I've never felt my car handled better at the higher pressures. Especially in the wet.
The lower pressures for me feel like I have more grip and better overall handling.
I run MP4S at 31 f x 35 r with no issues and no concerns about handling if I get on it. This is my 13 Pcar so I'm not a newbie nor am I looking for Cadillac type feel. It's what works for each person.
