Yeah, I wouldn't buy official Porsche winter wheel sets. They're ridiculously pricey. There are lots of perfectly good wheels that can be had for a lot less. There's not even the rationale that you might want top notch performance out of them, since in this case performance means "not slithering about on snow" and wheel quality has pretty much diddly to do with that. I paid $3,650 for my wheels / tires / TPMS sensor set, and you can be sure a 19" set would cost less than that.

There are lots of sources for wheel / tire packages. Tire Rack's one, obviously. I bought my from Wheel Warehouse. They seemed pretty knowledgeable when I talked to them on the phone about fitment.

Prices are negotiable with the dealer. I paid 4k for the 19 inch wheels and tires. And I didn’t have the hassle of lugging them over to the dealer for installation. With TR, the wheels and tires can be shipped directly to the installer but them the summer wheels and tires need to hauled back home.
For convenience, Porsche dealer both for purchase and storage.
Most cost effective is TR shipped to your house and doing the swap yourself.
