Default Porsche Museum and Factory Tour

The family and I spent the day in Stuttgart at the Porsche Museum. We also did the Factory Tour. We finished the day with dinner at Christophorus. It was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Outside the entrance.

The Porsche’s.

The 1,000,000th 911.

The view of the factory from Christophorus.

Excellent plan! I'll be there in August and want to do the same. Sorry for the basic question but do you book the factory tour online, through dealer? Thanks in advance

Did that last year at this time. Was really Porsche heaven. Don't miss it. And rent one of these (4GTS) for a few days and have a blast!

What's with the hand prints on the 1,000,000th 911?

You send an email based on the site information and wait for a reply. Factory tours are only run on weekdays.

While Porsche official rental cars get booked out well in advance, their website is also unintuitive making it hard to navigate. Lurento is my recommendation.

There is so much great stuff there. I was fortunate to have hosted a dinner party there and we had a docent tour with us. If that is available, I highly suggest a tour guide.

You are going to really enjoy it. No apologies necessary. I emailed them (address is on the Porsche Museum website) what our plans and time line were a few months ago. They responded within a few days and set the appointment. Very easy.

Great question. I cringed when I saw it and was surprised that it was not removed.
