Porsche c4s 991.2 start up engine smoke with Video

That's a lot of oil in the compressor housing. I was thinking one thing you can try to eliminate possibilities is to disconnect the PCV hose going to the compressor U-shaped inlet tube on the passenger side turbo You would need to cap off the hole on the the U-shaped inlet tube. Then put a filter on the end of the connecting hose. Quick and dirty would be to use a piece of cloth as the 'filter' and rubber band/zip-tie it on. Drive around for a while and see if there is still oil buildup in the compressor of the turbo.

Car was with my dealer in December 2020 for a new revised Porsche aos and a supporting check valve.
I received the car back last week and drove 250km... had 1 medium blue smoke puff on start up yesterday.
don’t know yet if the issue is solved...
what a saga.

I would like to know if you had new smoke problems since the described resolution of 04.18.2021 , 09:54 AM

there has been no smoke at start up following the repairs and no drop in the oil level
During track days
there are smoke starts occurring after 2 sessions and continuing throughout the day
oil consumption is around 1000ml per day

Ok Rapter,
So to recap the interventions on your car:
1. Turbocharger replacement: Did not solve the problem of smoke on startup for a long time.
2. Replacement of the original AOS (release 0) with the same original version (release 0) : Did not solve the smoke problem
3. Replacement of the original AOS (release 0) by a Porsche upgrade (release 1): This definitely solved the problem in daily driving conditions for about 1 year
Correct ?
How many miles have you travelled since the problem was solved? And what is the mileage of your car?
I ask these questions because I am in the same situation as you.

Summary:
Interventions:
1. Turbo Charger replacement
2. AOS replacement
3. Supply and return oil lines with sump check valve (passenger turbo side)
Item #3 solved the issue of smoke on start up temporarily until the failure happened again… then porsche had revised the parts and the issue went away (on the street).
item #3 is what solved the issue using Porsches revised parts.
