Have not lifted truck, the RAM “jack points” won’t work, and I’m too chicken to improvise.

Have on the 911 (obviously), wife’s old car, VW Eos, and her new QX50.

I have the 5000EXT version.

You are right to be cautious. Where I grabbed mine to lift it would certainly qualify as less than ideal. It was ok for some simple greasing of joints but I wouldn't have done anything serious under it.

May be my measurements were off but I could Not find a model that could lift my 958, 987 and also a 991

and buying two separate ones made no sense.. I would love to have one of these

I have used mine numerous times. I have them stacked on 2 small harbor freight dollies. They slide easily on the Swisstrax flooring. Super easy to use. Last time the air cylinder that helps with lowering had bled down. I tightened the core valve and filled with 50# of air. Works great. For swapping out wheels, the first locking point was great. You could buy 4 floor jacks to lift the car, just need extra hands.
