I agree - what you do to incorporate more black? I love the wheels but I do not want any silver, or very little, maybe.

Looks great. I think you have to go through glaswerks to get the wheels. They were commissioned by them.

Looks very nice!!

Is it my eyes or are your camber settings pretty radical?

I would hold on to the stock wheels provided you have the space and don't need the money right now.

Definitely keep your stockers. Should you trade in your car (heaven forbid, I know, but it does happen... you’ll want the wheels to go to someone who understands ... ).

Those look fantastic. Maybe the only aftermarket wheels I might even like better than my own. And I agonized over mine fore ages!

Wow! Very nice indeed! They totally transform the look of your car. Very ‘Fuchs’ and very ‘50th Anniversary’ - both of which are good influences, in my eyes! Congrats!

Your wheels look awesome, too. Will be interesting to see how your look with the blades polished.

Thanks! When I looked at how the photos came out, I was really happy with how well they work with the car!

Thanks! My first after market wheels. I have heard good things about Forgeline so I hope they last forever.

I will contact Forgeline and hope they can do the same for my 991.1 GTS
I have been wanting to change up the look of my rims to match my silver Targa hoop.
Thanks!

They fit 20” 991 GTS centerlocks, which I believe are identical for the 991.1 and 991.2, so I am pretty sure they would fit your car. They had to change the fronts up to accommodate PCCBs for mine. They are also available in 21”, etc - I wanted to stay true to OEM sizing, though.

I saw the set earlier this month in person on the first car on Rennlist to get them, on a Targa. I think his centers were Agate and not satin black, to match his car. They looked great on a Targa!

Thanks! The 50th and the PCA 60 anniversary are probably my favorite 991s. I regret not putting in for the 60th purchase lottery (I had just bought my first 991 the year before and couldn’t see swapping it out so quickly at the time with a new purchase); it is such a great look. I love my 991.2 GTS and especially Sapphire Blue, but I have never been a huge fan of black wheels. Don’t get me wrong, the GTS wheels look fantastic but with all that black you really lose a lot of details in the shadows. I have always liked a little silver in the wheels instead.

I really liked the wheels on the Speedster concept and these new Forgeline wheels looked pretty much identical to me. I think they designed the proportions and shape of the petals very well. I think at least someone has ordered a set that are less concave in the rears (more like the 50th anniversary wheels) but I actually prefer a little concave back there - a little more interesting to my eyes with a some depth. Photos don’t really do a great job in showing all the details. When I finally saw a set in person, one part I missed was that the out part of the petals don’t touch the rim. They are floating, with about 1mm of open space between the petal and the rim. Nice detail.

Thanks, all! Wow, the overall trend is to keep the wheels! Thanks for the input.

Camber, etc., should be normal. I had the one year service last month and all the settings should be within normal spec - I have done nothing to modify the car, other than the new wheels. I will watch for any abnormal tire wear.
