Hey guys, in the market for a 911. Im looking at two cars with similar builds. One is an S, and one is a 4S. The 4S is in Washington and would require me to have it transported but it does have the sports design steering wheel which I very much like?. https://nationalpreownedporsche.com/...allic+16552111
The best car is the S and its local to me here in Vegas. I went to see it in person yesterday. Beautiful car but it doesnt have the sport design steering wheel but I know that can be added/changed. Out of these two, which car do you prefer and what would be the price you would pay for each. Thanks!
Is the wheel really that important to you? For the same price, the S is certified and has way less miles.
I really like the sport design wheel mainly because I will likely switch out the PCM in order to have CarPlay functionality. This will likely eliminate the ability to use any of the steering wheel functions on the current wheel.
Not trying to hijack this thread - When will we see big discounts on remaining new 991's since 992 is coming very soon? What % off msrp do you think we will get to?
Yeah the prices are crazy, I paid $75k for my CPO '13 C2S when it had 25k miles on it...2 1/2 years ago (with SPASM, SC, Adaptive sport seats, PSE and many other goodies including full leather).

Ive seen some forum members get anywhere between 10-15% on previous model year cars.

991s are very popular and many like them better than the 992s so do not expect big discounts soon.
I agree, the prices are considerably high but what do you think would be a correct number to negotiate to? I know the Vegas car has been here for almost two months now.
1 car does not have the correct third pedal, both have a light interior which whill show wear quickly and both have sunroofs. I dont care for the techno wheels on the one in vegas. A steering wheel is only 1k and takes 15 minutes to install. Options are just that though and these may suit you. I would wait.
