I don't think it's a loophole from my reading of their policy - seems well within bounds

100% not a loophole. They encourage their lifetime guarantee every step of the way. At this point my brake changes and oil changes are free, minus the shipping cost which is about $30.

Yeah I've never understood how FCP Euro's business model works.

This thread also shows I'm the only cheapo who's using Motul 600

They charge about a 5-10% premium, and only a fraction of their customers take advantage of the returns.

I use ATE200 which is half the cost of Motul 600
