There are repair kits you can purchase yourself, which I recall reading about in a recent thread, but if you have someone that will repair it you can probably get Frank to sell you a small piece, or maybe he has a scrap he will send you.

To match the leather on your car, you would be best off cutting a small piece off from underneath the seat.
