Default Clock/GPS time daylight savings time

Noticed today the clock was behind 1 hr, even though it is set to auto gps time and in the correct time. It did not adjust for daylight savings and I didn’t find a setting for daylight savings.
also the gps clock did not match my cell phone, was off by a minute or so.

is this normal? Meaning no adjustment for daylight savings

i set it manually for now

Check the box in settings to auto-sync.

Mine is an hour fast if I leave it in automatic - thinks I’m one province to the east? Luckily the clock is so accurate once set in manual it only has to be tweaked every couple of months.

Mine requires this box to be checked/unchecked when the time changes.

If your clock is not synched to GPS accurately, check this box.

Hummm... I'm seeing screen shots that must be in the newer cars.

My 2013 is all manual for time/date select.

Just had this happen in my car. Time was all kinds of wrong after a battery disconnect during winter storage. Set it to auto and it came up with the correct time/date except one hour off. Unchecked "auto" as I was going to just manually set it and, for some reason, then decided to check auto again and it immediately changed the time to the current/correct time. Mine's a 2019 fwiw and this seems to be different behavior from my Macan.

Every time I have to go in and re-check that auto flag to make it work. Seems like the car always 'forgets' along the way. Definitely a "feature".

I had also disconnected my battery a day before - so this may be a common behavior after a battery disconnect.

991.1 user here. I have to go in manually at every DST swap and uncheck or check "DST" even with GPS Time checked.
