Sunday the 14th. I’ll be starting in the parking lot of the Willowbrook mall by Bloomingdales.

8:00 am arrival for meet and greet. Leave by 8:30 sharp.

Even if I’m by myself, I’ll be going for a drive. Not entirely certain where yet. But I’ll figure it out by then.

Weather permitting. I’ll update the thread with any changes.

 

I’ll be away celebrating my 40th next weekend But, for any future meets, let us know. I’m about t 10-15 min from Willowbrook and I’ll meet you for sure.

I prob won't be able to join since 991 still under surgery but I recommend probably 7am arrival and 7:30 leave sharp would be more pleasant, even though waking up is going to be more painful - having all the roads to yourself early Sunday mornings is the best.

many thanks. i will be driving all day saturday too.

for the business, i am opening up Garden State Motor Club. Nothing to in depth. Just going to start with a regular sunday drive. if I am driving by myself that is okay too. but i would hope to build up a group that likes to go regularly. then maybe get a space, put in a lot of couches and some big screen TV's. probably a cooler or two. have a big parking lot and a few drive in bays for some detailing work. put up a website that consolidates drives and events all around the garden state.

again, nothing fancy. just for a little fun. if it fizzles that is okay too. at least i can write off all my car related expenses.

i did this with a boutique fitness center idea i had 10 years ago. 4 years ago i sold it to a much larger competitor for a life changing event. i am going to see if i can make lighting strike twice (three times actually).

 

Very cool, your meet point is an hour away but I will try to make it one of these weeks

 

i would absolutely be happy to change the meet point anytime you want to join. no questions about it. just let me know when and we can figure it out.

superdog, I'd be delighted to join you and anyone else for a Sunday morning drive, though I fall into the same issues - Willowbrook mall is about an hour away from me too (fwiw, I think Cyberbug and I are in similar vicinity - Central NJ)

would anyone be interested in doing a mini-caravan to the Hershey swap meet next Saturday?
