Default A closure plug fell on the floor...where does it go?

I was washing the car and after I rinsed the wheel well and uncarriage I noticed a plug was laying near the driver side rear wheel.
Does anyone know where this goes?

Part number is gpn 300 f271

Might not be a Porsche part, since there's no Porsche part number. Road debris?

I think I might have figured it out.
Took the iphone and recorded video underneath the car and noticed the plug on the passenger side.
Compared it to the driver side and noticed the difference (piece is missing). Popped it in. I wonder how it came loose and when.

Anyone know what the heck I am looking at? lol.

OP, did you ever figure out what this was? I found the same brand of plug, (Kapsto) albeit much smaller, on the interior passenger floor of my 987 Spyder. I've checked all of the likely interior spots, like bolt covers and trim pieces. Cannot find where it goes. Didn't want to toss it if it's a car-related part.
