Manual Shift Knob Options?

Manual Shift **** Options?
At the base on my shift boot the logo plate has "911"; however, according to Suncoast (see link below) there are several standard options such as "911", "Carrera" and "Targa". Do all GTS cars get the one with "911"? Do the Targa and Targa 4S get the one with "Targa"? And if so which cars get "Carrera", just the base and S cars?

And Targa 4 & S cars get "Targa" I assume? I would have preferred "Targa" on my GTS.

My C4S with GTS motor and PDK just says “911”. I would have liked the “targa” insignia also, but don’t recall any way to spec it.
