I know there are hundreds of various threads on some variation of this. But do you think a OEM Ducktail will ever be available for a 991.2?

 

Porsche has moved on so nothing OEM.

I'm imagining a Techart II wing without the uprights. Has the scoops and the ducktail look.

 

I would love a duck tail too. But I’m afraid the intercooler setup of the 991.2 makes it impossible to fit a ducktail
You will not see any new parts for the 991.2 platform anyway.
The new CO2 regulations in Europe makes it very complicated and expensive to homolgate new parts because the have to make all the tests for fuel consumption again with the new parts.

 

 

I'm a little concerned going aftermarket with the mentioned intercooler setup. Maybe once the warrantee is up ill risk it.

Yes, big oversight on their part. I hope that nobody with a 991.2 orders this without knowing.

I like it more then their current rear spoiler offering

 

Do a search, if I recall, the vendor even had a nice Q&A thread regarding this piece plus the rest of the kit.

 

I have that other one but I highly recommend staying away from that company. Their service is horrible and they were very quick to tell me to f@ck-off.
