Over the span of the 991 generation I have had many customers ask me about doing a 20"//21" setup. I've done a few with them before but not very often. The 20"//21" doesn't really offer any real benefits over a 20"//20" setup other than some argue it looks better. If you want to do it I say go for it - you wont damage or harm the car in any way. I would however do some extra research on the wheel choice. There's some stuff floating out there on google that I won't share but is very easy to find. You'd be extremely happy with an HRE or BBS which have legendary build quality, racing pedigree, and many styles to choose from.

I can't rotate my tires either...my front rims are 9" wide....the rear ones are 12" wide. Ill try tomorrow but I'm pretty sure ride quality will suffer.

Your car looks pretty perfect as is. Any changes would have to be very special!
Im not a fan of the staggered diameter. You can’t rotate the tires if they are different diameters.
