I'm almost at 60k miles and just had my PDCC reservoir, Belt, and spark plugs replaced (oil and air/cabin filters already done recently) for $1200 at Indie.

That is a super fair price for that service. I paid the same amount for just the PDCC reservoir and belt.

C/S Change overvalve fault is present. I'll drink to that!

Yeah. I had a hard code for a faulty COV. I tried clearing it many times but it would always return the next time out. Never a CE light or any usability issues so I just waited until the bumper had to come off again for them to investigate. The one that failed was puffed up so it was easy to identify but I didn't ask what it went to.

Thats a great price. Just hit 68k miles and annual service was due so I took it over to the dealership. Here’s what I was quoted:Fan/Drive belt replacement $475

Spark plug replacement $935

Brake flush $269

Rear pads & rotors $1,935

Major service (air filter, cabin filter, oil change, cleaning inlets, replace tire sealant) $1,584

Total: $5,198

I ended up just getting just the Major Service and paid $1,000. They discounted it because I recently had the BMC filter installed and will replace tire sealant myself. I’ll have my indie handle the rest and will report back on what they charge.

After the pdcc fluid change did it drive smoother or handle better in sharp turns?

No noticeable difference. As preventative maintenance, I didn't expect any change.

Hey, did you feel any difference in the driving characters or turning after the PDCC fluid change?

There should be no change whatsoever.

If there is a change, either something was wrong or something is now wrong.

Nope. Just a maintenance item. Nothing was wrong with the system.

Wow, you both got a GREAT price. I just got a quote from my local dealer to do the PDCC reservoir for $2,450 and the serpentine belt $1,150 (not including tax). Does this sound like a ripoff?

yeah, sounds like a ripoff. you do both of those tasks together, which reduces the labor cost immensely.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions! I was thinking they would have to be in there anyway so much of the labor for one or the other would be defrayed. Unless they planned to take the bumper off twice!

Just got a quote from another dealer in the area, just over $2K for both PDCC res and belt. Much better!
