My weekend DIY project.
Got this new on eBay for $1350 shipped. Switch panel is on its way from Suncoast $199 and PSE programming scheduled with dealer for next Wednesday $180.
Watched a ton of videos and read a bunch of threads. Now I just have to install it. I'm going with removing the bumper to rout the vacuum lines. My car is an S BTW.
Wish me luck.

I may be missing a couple of parts. 2 gaskets, but I think I can reuse mine. I have 2 steal braided vacuum lines about 190mm each. Should I have a 420mm one and some vacuum tube?

The installation instruction PDF I posted for you describes the parts and how to use them pretty thoroughly later on. I think you'll be bummed if you get in there and have everything torn apart only to find you are short something and have to leave the car sitting in pieces waiting for them. You can possibly reuse the existing seals, but they crush a little on installation to provide a full seal. You might end up with some tiny leaks at the join without replacing them... not too big a deal but that's up to you. The dealer will have those in stock almost for sure.

I was prepared to do the same if the car I bought didn't have PSE. I have it on my Cayenne S V8 and its the best option I got, so from now on all my Porsches will have PSE.
Good luck!
