At the first 1,000 miles. Then again every 5,000 miles. I've had over 12 now.

Oil and filter are cheap, engines aren't. Do one under 5k at a minimum.
I plan to do mine at 2k, first one, then 5k.
I've done regular oil changes in every vehicle I've owned and never had an engine issue.
My Merc diesel is at 50k mi. and checked the oil recently before before a 1600 mi. trip, it was right at the upper mark, due for service in a month or so (a significant mileage had accumulated since previous service), nil oil consumption.

Every 5K miles or 12 months, whatever happens first.

Depends, if it's a GT3 you dive for 62 miles, then promptly sell for an extra $20K. With the 'old' oil in it.

If you are like some and put your car up for the winter months I would change the oil before storage otherwise the manual says to go 10K or one year (which ever comes 1st) between oil changes.
I run my C4S in every and all conditions throughout the year so I've been sticking to a 5K oil change interval.
I DIY my own maintenance so an oil change is around $110 or less.

Don't forget, on some of the 991.2s the first oil change is free. I think 2018s.

I do it as recommended by Porsche, which has been yearly for me. I'm one of those that feel Porsche is giving valid advice, and not trying to torpedo any of their engines.

The stars aligned for my first oil change. One year from build date, 2,500 miles and right before the winter lay up. I’m doing it annually now, about 3,000 miles and just before the winter.
