I just picked up a RYOBI 2000psi 1.2gpm for $199 at HD. I also picked up the HD extra service warranty for two years for $25. This goes beyond the Ryobi 3 year warranty. There is a Ryobi service center here in town which is nice.

My wife & I have had rental houses for over 20+years plus having MX bikes & off-roading Tacoma's, pressure washers came in handy. Unfortunately they would stop working every 2-3 years. I forget which brands they were but got them at Costco. I have used the Ryobi power tools for 25+ years so hopefully this will last.

Recently, Consumer Reports did a comparison test on power washers. Perhaps, you can go back a few months and see what they recommend and why.
