Right from Porsche. How do you figure Worldwide numbers are 3x US production stats? North America is at 800+ cars...I simply cannot believe Worldwide demand was another 2-3k...

I took the statement as worldwide (US and Canada included) should be 3 x your number. Which does sound about right to me, My basis...the map at the Peterson Museum right now that shows the geographic breakdown.

Congrats Cyberbug, Epic build.
I wish the configurator was down....My build keeps getting more expensive and my wife keeps getting more annoyed. Weird...

if you take a look at the 991 R, about 300 went to usa, total production number for R was 991. So about 1/3 went to us. With T, approx 1/3 to us if the ratio is about the same as with R. Total worldwide would be now over 2000. Total worldwide includes the us cars, about 800 Ts. So about 1600 Ts for the rest of the world and 800 to us.

Link for R production figures, not the best one, but you see the point.

IIRC - at some of the press events for the T it was noted that production allocation was highly tilted towards North America - this was a US/Canada model primarily and other regions were to receive lower allocations than normal. I suspect that this means the early estimate of ~1500 - 2000 cars is pretty close.

Just my 2 bits.

I recall this as well.

New update on Production Numbers. Looks to be at 899 cars for North America from what I've run this evening. Here are the breakdowns:

nevermind, I think you did :)

Here's the new update for us T owners. Interesting that Canada has not received any new production since November and still remains at 43 cars only for 2019.

Correct. While I understand the intuition to speculate global production of the T based on other models, I don't think it works. I'll bet global production is ~1500. Certainly under 2000. If someone learns the hard numbers, please do share.

Thanks for sharing these numbers.

Very interesting. Would be great to learn of a definitive number of 991.2 Carrera Ts built worldwide. Would be amazing if it’s only about 1,500. :)

Interesting that about 75% of US Ts are monochrome. Wonder how that compares to 991.2s overall...

I know...wish we had Global numbers. But guaranteed the T production is a fraction of GT3 production!!!

2018 model year is predominantly manual cars but 2019 model year gained ton of PDK. MT moved up from 218 to 359 but PDK jumped way high, 67 to 221 !!
