Default Porsche Tequipment Winter Tires Part Number Question

Hi All,

Does anyone know what the in the difference between the 2S and 4S part numbers are in the rear wheel part number for the Carrera S Deign winter wheel?

2S: Rear axle: 11 J x 20 RO 78 with 295/30 R 20 97V M+S tires.
4S: Rear axle: 11 J x 20 RO 56 with 295/30 R 20 97V M+S tires.

Being that is right after the RO, my guess is its associated with an offset. Which then begs the question as to why there is a different offset between a 2S and 4S.

Thanks in advance if you know.

The 4/4S has a bigger butt and needs a different offset than the narrow body cars.

Ah .. So the S is a Narrow Body versus all the 4's are Wide Body. I had thought the S versions were all wide-body, which looks to be incorrect.

Thanks CSK911C4S

I think just the Base Carrera and the Carrera S are narrow body cars....... everything else uses the wider body.
