Tire pressure probably way to high. The new PZero N1 version is not a bad tire. The older N0 version was a harder compound but still didn’t exactly just break lose at highway speed changing lanes.
That sounds like part-load comfort pressure. My only other advice is, next time you 'test' traction, put the PCM display on the TPMS screen and note the operating pressure. If the pressures aren't at least a couple PSI over cold pressure then the tires are still pretty cold.
Do you note any indication of PSM activation in the cluster when you break traction? (Traction control is ON right??)
Other than that I can't offer any Porsche-specific advice, beyond P-Zeros being very cold-blooded tires, since the Turbo is AWD and the 991.1S doesn't have the torque of your .2 GTS. The non-Porsche-specific advice is that our Z06 will break traction without too much fuss if the road temps are in the 50s or lower.
rears heat up to 35-36. Just noticed this slippage after racking up some break in milesand driving more aggressively. PSM normal, according to no light on button and nothing in the gauge cluster. At this point, I suspect dealer will just say cold weather.
48 degree dry day in florida and at very moderate speed the pirellis gave me a pucker moment i will not forget.

That written, what tire pressure are you running? Full load Normal? Partial load normal? Comfort Full Load? Or Comfort Partial Load?
The last is what you probably should be using. The first - which is factory default - pumps the rears so high that even warm P-Zeros will break traction with little provocation on not-warm roads.
Sounds weird. I had a .2 GTS (rear drive coupe) and never experienced anything like this. I could get it to break loose if I really tried to gun it exiting a corner but even then it was a slight shift with all the traction control systems on.
Warmed up. 1200 miles. Drove an hour today, got off highway and could easily get the tires to spin and rear to kick out. Its like the car has 600 ft lb of torque!
Did you buy a used 991.2 GTS? In that case you actually might have 600 ft/lb of torque if the car is tuned.
Temperatures have been in the 40s to 50s in the past few weeks. I have the stock Pzeros and run about 35 psi warm in the rear. My S Has less torque than your stock GTS But I can break traction in second gear by flooring the throttle around 4000 RPM. Cold starts in the morning can get pretty exciting. Just turning left out of my driveway I can get sideways. My plan is to burn off enough tread to justify switching to Michelin MPS4s which were much better.

Too cold. My C2 breaks loose in 2nd when temp drops below 50.
