Question about vinyl stripes - do you wax the stripes or do you have to work around them when applying wax?

They're from Rick at www.highgatehouse.co.uk Made in Agate Grey Metallic to match the side stripes and mirrors. Mine have the 'T' cut out piece to match the sides but he can do them solid too.
Not sure if they're on his website, best phone or email him. I know he works late for US time zone.
