I learned to drive on muscle cars in the late 60's/early 70's with zero nannies. When I drive in sport or sport + the PASM goes off.

I never got this resolved. I had a 2019 GT3 touring incoming so I wasn’t particularly motivated to get it resolved. I traded my C2 GTS in.

I can report that this does NOT happen with my 2019 GT3 touring.

I see. Thanks. I don’t do hard acceleration runs from a dead stop so may be why I don’t notice it.

I can double confirm the winged gt3 manual doesn’t do it either. The 6sp from the GT department is sublime. Best manual box ever IMO

I agree with sentiment to an extent. I have a 991.2 C2 and experience a similar situation from 1st to 2nd. It is not so much a "blip" but rather the system is holding my revs higher than they should be.

If I open the throttle moderately in 1st and take it to say 6500 and shift to 2nd, my revs might be held at 4000 rpms or so when they need to be closer to 3000 rpms to properly engage 2nd gear. Getting off the clutch and back on the gas cause a slight "lurch" as the revs drop into the 3000s for 2nd gear for a clunky gear change. Has anyone resolved this?

Same thing happens to me in a 991.2 GT3 touring…. Bit scary actually.

Mine also auto up-blips during the 1st to 2nd shift.

Fairly strong moderate punch to while in sport mode and at full send !!!!!

I guess they want some slip to keep the boost high for the 2nd gear engagement, something tells me the box engages 2nd better with the up blip.

you learn to love hate it… first time though it really makes you think “what was that “????
