I tried to get Sirius XM radio service going in my car that came factory equipped with satellite but the satellite radio option is no where to be found on my radio. I looked up my build specs and I have the antenna installed. I hit the source button and no option, tuner button no option. The dealer confirmed it should be in the car and said to bring it by to take a look at which I will do but it's inconvenience. I am under factory CPO warranty. Any thoughts or suggestions?
