Angry Vibration from from drive train on 991.24S

2017 911 Targa 4S has a vibration felt through steering wheel at various speeds (40-55) (50-65) even on smooth roads and resonates a sound ( like a hormonic) through the cockpit. Been through five Porche dealerships and without any causes isolated. I suspect it involves the front drive train because the vibration can't be felt on the dash or seats, therefore the vibration doesn't eminate where the shocks can pick up the vibration. Someone please offer a solution to the problem.

Angry 991.2 vibration

It only vibrates at low speeds (45-50) (55-60). I drove a new '19, 991.2 4S and witnessed the same vibration. Porsche will not acknowledge any problems with the front drive assembly although one service manager suggested if the problem continues, invoke the lemon law for resolution of the problem.

"low speeds (45-50) (55-60)" are probably the average speed most cars travel on average - if it is noticeable to me when I get my new one I will not be happy, and have to do something.

Had my car for a month now. It is definitely... quirky. It makes all kinds of weird noises and or vibrations at different times. Always at stop or idle (parked). I'll demonstrate what pops up that day when I take it to my indy for service for the first time.

For all I know this is all normal for a 911. My Boxster doesn't do anything like it. But it's a Boxster. Completely different.

Despite its weird noises and vibrations it runs and performs flawlessly. Who knows?

2900 miles on my new C2S with X51 PowerKit and I've never noticed any odd noise or vibration at idle or otherwise. Perfect, IMO.

2019 new C4S, no such issues at any speed. Around 1800 miles. BobZ, I wouldn't expect any issues.
