Pretty bad, the rear bumper cover needs replacing but if there is access to the fender from the inside, a good body/paint shop could hammer and dolly the metal and using filler sparingly will give good results. Alternatively, you can cut out the damaged metal and weld in a new piece, probably needs fabrication, I don't know if replacement panels are readily available and cost (which going to be high no matter what you do, insurance will help).
Painting to blend, if done correctly, will result in a finished repair that can't really be detected. My son's WRX STI got a large dent on a C-pillar and his shop repaired so well that it's truly invisible.
The issue is finding that good shop. And avoiding/getting rid of the animal that caused the damage.
