Default Stock Exhaust Tips Modified

To start out with this is my first post. I love the forum so I figured I’d contribute. I have never been happy with my stock C2S exhaust tips. The seams are hard to clean and they really don’t look that great when they are. I thought about buying aftermarket ones but never pulled the trigger (Pricey for what you get). So I decided to modify my stock tips by welding the seams and then blending them smooth. I first used an XRF Analyzer to determine the exact alloy (304 stainless steel) before welding. So I ended up welding them with 309L weld filler (TIG Welded). Then I used various bits and sanders to blend them to contour. I'm not completely finished as I plan to do some more sanding and polishing but they already look significantly better.

I will add pore pictures when I finish
