Touch up would be a band-aid which IMHO I would not be able to live with because I would see it every time I wash my car. I am Obsessed so I don't know what's your obsession level. That's your call. If you are going to cough out $6000 plus for PPF I would have spent a couple of thousands re-spraying and then protecting the car. Anyhow, your car looks great and only you know about the imperfections. The question is: Can you live with it or not.
