Targa 4 GTS Tune and Lower Pics
Hi Guys, I always read the forums but rarely post. I wanted to share some pictures of my manual trans Targa 4 GTS.
Last week I had the ECU tuned by JP Euro in Dallas. I went with H&R lowering springs, Soul Performance cat delete pipes, black Zun Sport grills, satin black wrap for my 3rd brake light, and finally darkened the tail lights.
The ECU tune is quite impressive to me. I noticed a large difference in power paired with the Soul Cat Bypass pipes.

Nice. Is it a custom tune? What did you use to black out the strip between the taillights?

On the 3rd brake light, he used satin black wrap.
Jason was a great guy to work with. Soul Performance reccommended me to him. www.jpEuro.com

Very tru!
TechArt =10/15mm 660$
H&R = 25mm 350$
Diff of 0.394 inches
Not very much. Maybe H&R is the way to go.

that looks dope, still debating if i like the grilled look better or the hollowed look by default. the hollowness gives the front more of a dynamic look VS the mean looking grills IMO.
Definitely digging the lowered look. Any chance it would affect front axle lift??

But then again for a new car, you have 6 years before needing to do a bi yearly smog inspection

The tune shouldn’t mess with the smog data however the factory cats should be thrown back on for the smog inspection. They are easy to swap out as no bumper removal is required.
