This topic has addressed before i'm sure, but being a noob maybe i'll get a little slack? I'm a owner of a 2012 3.8 C2S non PSE, and I want to have a little more throatier exhaust. Working with a budget of $2,000. which of these 2 ideas would satisfy my needs? 1. Replacing side mufflers or 2 replacing center muffler with an X pipe? Car came with a Burmester sound system which I enjoy listening to, so I would like to insure there wouldn't be any drone (as it is now). I know many of you have performed this upgrade, so
i'm eager to hear what you have to say . Thanks

A friend of mine with a 997.2 C2S just added a Fabspeed X pipe and it made a nice difference. Still sounds pretty quiet driving around town unless you crack the throttle. I didn't notice any drone but I don't drive/ride in the car on a daily basis.
