You have factory warranty - you should find out when the warranty was punched, for one thing.
My car sat on a lot - who wanted a 7MT at that time ! - for a year and 300 demo miles. They even left their recorded 0-60 time of 4.1 on the Sports Chrono - lol.
Sometimes the dealer's GM will drive it home too.
I bought it and it's been flawless so far, but I did want the CPO.

Get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) by an independent tech or Porsche dealer. Look for over-revs on the motor. Good luck and I hope it works out. If not, there are plenty of lightly used 991.2 vehicles out there.
