"I guess the point of me pricing all these was that they all are great and when I build them to my liking the price goes up high enough to think abiut the next model up."

That is very much by design at Porsche. It's working perfectly on you. You've gone from one of the cheaper offerings to one of the most expensive in minutes. My advice, if you're leasing you don't want to add a bunch of options as they don't hold value so they don't lease well. Lease a moderate T and drive it for a couple years. You'll have a blast.

Best suggestion I can offer is to ,maybe spend some time at a Porsche experience center and rent a few of the cars you want to buy. Even if you spend 2-3K at the track, you'll have a much better understanding of the cars than any test drive could ever for you.

Good luck with your search for a Porsche, I'm sure you'll be happy with any of your choices.
you read my mind, I was looking at the Porsche driving experience classes, thanks

Based on your intro description I think you would be most happy with the GTS because you get a small $ break on the options (which you clearly want). Not sure if you need AWD with good snow tires unless you live in the widwest or the northeast and this is your only means of transportation. If this is the case you need the front lift to increase clearance also.
true GTS makes sense, in Northeast so planning on FAL as an option to have. Been dropping options....

Just to give an idea. Been riding BMW HP4 Competition (motorcycle) and it was my second as first was just not me let it go after 250miles. Been very happy with that beast.

Frack, that is a lot of money for a 4 banger cayman...
Realistically, all the cars you mention are somewhat unusable in the real world, where you will lose your license in second gear and probably be frustrated driving at lower speeds... If you are a track fiend, do get a GT3. For normal road stuff, it's gonna run at 5% of its capacity....

Personally with that budget I'd buy a used 991.1 PDK base for $55, and put the 100K into my retirement account. And get out of dodge 5 years early thanks to compounding and judicious investments ;-)

Lately, I've been tempted by the Alfa Guilia Quadrofoglio as well.. 505 hp and killer looks for $75K... I know, I'm giving you cheap options, I'm sorry ;-)

PS: I love my 911s but frankly in the past few years with traffic and cops, I've had more fun in my 1973 2002 driving like my hair is on fire and barely breaking the speed limits!

If you're getting a Carrera T spec to $155k and a Carrera S spec to $170k then you're doing it wrong. Especially the Carrera T example.

I think you need a to visit a dealer. You need some Porsche education. You’re also not getting a GT3 allocation without $15k-$25K over MSRP and Porsche doesn’t lease like MB.
