Removal of fold down seat backs

Can someone tell me how to remove the folding seat backs from the above model. I took it to my dealer and posed the question to the Service Manager who didn't know the answer. I deduced that somehow the black plastic cap in the center covers the attachment to the seats. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Maybe ask Suncoast. I know they sell the back seat delete

The service department didn't know? Time to find a new dealer.
