Let's play (Porsche) doctor - what's this funny sound?
I am willing to bet the Rennlist crowd can diagnose this in no time at all...
I crawled around looking for debris, but didn't find anything but a few dry leaves collected at the base of the radiator - and my wife cleared those out for me - she has slender hands and can reach right in there.
I'm under warranty and not inclined to yank things apart to remove a twig that's hitting a fan blade so I'm letting my dealer sort it out. Let's see if your diagnosis matches the dealer's! Sadly, this service visit is going to cost me if it's just a twig...

It’s got that card in the spokes sound, something being hit by the fan.

!
On most other cars you'd poke a flashlight in there and see that card in the spokes, just everything is hidden in these things!
I had a dream where like a slot car, I unscrewed the four screws underneath, took off the body and driver, and FARK it's just a motor and two wires!
Plus a magnet for PSM.

+1 to debris in fan. Should be a pretty easy and free fix.

Hmm. Turns out to be less than simple. Maybe. Here’s an update:
The dealer tried some simple compressed air blasts, no dice. Took the front apart, found no obvious debris. Checked out the fans (because yeah of course it’s a fan) and they look good. It’s still making odd noises. They don’t know why so they’ve ordered replacement fans. They still have the car, but they put everything back together in case I wanna drive it this weekend and then bring it back when the fans come in. Okay, yeah it isn’t fixed, but that’s a nice touch. Porsche Bellevue deserves a positive shoutout for that.

I would bet that there is a small pebble that made its way into the fan motor. This motor will fail shortly and your diagnosis problem will be solved for around $1200 for a new fan motor.

Anyway, I haven't been (and won't) drive it for extended periods (especially in summer) until the fan is working normally - even if they say it's okay to do so. My wild guess is that the fans serve an important function or they wouldn't be there. Maybe something like, um, I dunno - ensuring there's enough airflow through the radiators?
