So... My headlight flew out...
Boy have I been having a great time lately...I am the second owner of a 2014 C4 with LED PDLS Plus and I was doing a track day this last weekend. On the second lap, I hit the brakes and turned left, my passenger headlight flew OUT AND OVER MY HOOD! The light was severely scratched up and a few small cracks along the edge but thankfully no damage to the body of the car. The headlight actually worked when I put it back in, well... sort of... I can only assume that the previous owner had the lights out for the clear bra install and they werent secured properly.
This is where it gets better! I notice that the height adjustment doesnt work anymore and that the light is pretty scratched up, I decided to look up the part online to see how much it would be (part number is 991.631.175.03). To my surprise the part number doesnt exist. I started calling dealerships and found out that this happens often. the number supersedes and apparently it could be one of two other numbers. This isnt where it ends. The dealership wont tell me the number??? They told me its $2700 and they can order it for me but wont give me the part number. I know they want me to buy from them but I just thought this was ridiculous. Ive spent lots of money at that dealer and the parts guy was firm. I called another dealer that "couldnt find the correct part number" and a third dealer couldnt tell me with 100% accuracy which current part number it is. I honestly cant believe this is happening... I started looking on ebay and noticed that there are a few different LED PDLS PLus headlights and while they all look the same they all pretty much have a different part number. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE INTERCHANGEABLE? I'd much rather pay $500-$1000 for a light than give my money to any of these dealerships around me. I'm just completely confused..

So sorry to see this happen. I love how easy these lights are to remove, yet, am terrified by this very same feature.

Also, does anyone know if the various other LED lights would work? They look exactly the same. I wonder if they have different #s based on what model they are meant for? I cant imagine that there are 5/6 DIFFERENT versions of LED PDLS+...

Sorry about your mishap!
I dislike dealers like that - a lot.
Choose car. Pull down the parts catalog. look it up! USA Catalog
EDIT: Perhaps this --> https://store.paramountauto.com/oem-...ts-99163127605
$1943

Here you go brother. Your specific LED headlight for your car off your VIN.
From Luke @ Sunset
The passenger headlight is part number 991-631-276-05 and we sell it for $1,994.40. We will need about 4 days to get the part to us.
You have a component that need swapping over, the LED driver. I would think that is fine.
