FYI it’s where the window meets the rubber when it’s fully up

Warranty. However, tears like that are usually caused by opening and then closing the door with the car’s battery disconnected. The window is then fixed in the full up position, and a door closing pinches the gasket between the window and window trim.

Just had mine replaced under warranty as well. Wondering if when I touch the door handle, I pause just a second before opening door so that the window goes down, will stop it from tearing. I can feel the window catch if I go to quick. Just a thought. Probably what you’re suppose to do anyway! 😜
