Launch Control
Temps in the high 60's this morning. Used Launch control for the first time. Wow, pretty amazing! I did quite a bit of drag racing when I was younger. Launch control is pretty impressive!

Absolutely!! As a former / future drag racers myself, I love it!! I don't use it much, as I don't want to abuse my car or risk breakage, but it is extremely fun for sure..

I did a 90 minute session at PECATL in a 991.2 Carrera S with PDK. The acceleration was startling the 1st time. I see absolutely no practical application for launch control unless I was going drag racing or doing Pro Solo, but it was more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

Carrera S or Turbo S?
"Startling" to me would certainly be a better description of the Turbo S's power vs. the standard Carrera.

Did a launch in my Turbo S with my brother as the passenger. He and I both drag raced in the past.
It’s quite impressive.
The traction combined with the rapid PDK shifting is amazing. Drag racing was mentioned. It’d also be great for auto crossing.
