How much discount should I expect on a new 2017 991.2 cabriolet?
 
I recently found a 2017 991.2 c4s cabriolet left on a dealer's lot and they are offering me only 9 percent off the msrp. Is it reasonable? I've seen people talking about 15-20 percent on these kinds of leftover 991.2.

I don’t think 15-20% discount off MSRP is unreasonable on a car approaching 2 years old.

I just negotiated 17% off a 2107 C4S manual coupe - highly optioned and desireable configuration. 180 miles on odo and warranty punched 12/17

Me too, 20% off a 2017 C2S - fully loaded except front lift. 105 miles delivery miles and warranty started on the day I signed purchase agreement.

That's what all CA dealers say .. smart buyers shop nationwide. Some dealers are aggressive and like to move cars.

Cars.com alone showing 500+ NEW Carrera variants on the ground as is. Reality? Double that at least.

Most of which are custom builds and deliveries. Reality is there are deals to be had for dealer spec lot cars.
